THE BIGGEST DIGITAL SHOW

WHY DUBAI?

His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, has described technology as playing the role of an enabler, rather than a principal goal. Dubai Plan 2021 describes the future of Dubai through holistic and complementary perspectives, starting with the people and the society who have always been, and always will be, the bedrock of the city. Today, Dubai, a city of 2.5 million people and one of seven Emirates in the UAE, has one of the highest levels of ICT adoption in the region, both by the public and government sectors.
